El Centro de Formaci\u00f3n y Profesionalizaci\u00f3n Docente de la UNAM fue creado con base en una serie de acciones institucionales realizadas por personal acad\u00e9mico y administrativo de la Universidad entre las que destacan: conformaci\u00f3n de un Comit\u00e9 para conceptualizar el proyecto, discusiones guiadas, investigaci\u00f3n documental, realizaci\u00f3n de grupos focales para recuperar la voz del profesorado universitario y uso de la metodolog\u00eda \u201cpensamiento de dise\u00f1o\u201d, que en su conjunto permiten a la fecha poner a disposici\u00f3n del profesorado unamita un espacio para su formaci\u00f3n y profesionalizaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n
