Este proyecto responde a la necesidad de crear un esquema que permita fortalecer la docencia en la educaci\u00f3n de tipo medio superior y superior, a trav\u00e9s de procesos complejos de formaci\u00f3n dirigidos al profesorado universitario.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\nLa Universidad cuenta con un gran n\u00famero de profesoras y profesores que trabajan d\u00eda con d\u00eda para ofrecer una docencia de calidad a la comunidad universitaria. Para ello, el colectivo docente requiere contar con conocimientos, habilidades y actitudes que permitan el desarrollo \u00f3ptimo de esta labor educativa sustantiva ya que en s\u00ed la docencia es una labor educativa, no es s\u00f3lo una acci\u00f3n que se vincula con el hecho educativo.\n<\/div>\n
